Here at TYMETAL we are always looking to develop strategic partnerships with other businesses and recently we have been working with another local company that designs and manufactures current-limiting systems, harmonic filter banks and power capacitor banks.
They were in need of a local metal fabricator that could manufacture the large cabinets that house their engineered systems. With our capabilities we were able to offer a turn key solution which included:
Cutting and welding the inner structural frame which consists of I-beams, channels and angles
Building all of the necessary accessories, which included doors, vents and other required features
Skinning the frame with 12GA Galvanneal sheet stock
Sandblasting and then spraying the entire unit to the necessary paint specifications
