Laser Cutting Machines

TYMETAL utilizes advanced Bystronic laser cutting systems to deliver precision, efficiency, and consistency across a wide range of fabrication projects. Our equipment is designed to handle everything, from intricate custom components to high-volume production runs with demanding specifications.

Our capabilities include the Bystronic BySprint Pro 4020 laser cutting system. With its 4400-watt CO₂ laser resonator, this system enables us to handle complex cutting requirements for aluminum, mild and stainless steels, among a host of additional materials (reach out to see if your project is a good fit!).

TYMETAL also operates a Bystronic ByCut 4020 laser cutting system, equipped with a powerful 10kW fiber laser source. This system is designed for high-speed, high-precision cutting and supports a wide range of materials and thicknesses, while maintaining consistent performance across a wide array of custom and production applications.

Both Bystronic laser cutting systems are capable of processing sheets up to 160 inches by 80 inches in size, and both systems feature dual shuttle tables for increased productivity.
