CNC Machining Materials

CNC machining is one of the most versatile forms of material processing, producing countless projects with precision and consistency. It is used on various materials, including steel alloys and exotic metals, as well as many plastics and composites.

CNC machines provide particular benefits when used on the following projects:

  • Parts with 3D Features: These parts can’t be cut with other methods, such as laser or waterjet.
  • Aluminum and brass: CNC machines offer effective ways to cut non-ferrous metals. These machines reduce preparation, attention, and post processing that is often required when dealing with these materials.
  • Prototyping: When you need a flawless model or prototype, consider CNC machinery. We can engineer and reverse engineer the components you need without requiring additional software.

CNC Machining Applications

CNC machining has played a significant role in improving accuracy and precision in the manufacturing process. Applications for this fabrication process are diverse, with successful use in critical sectors like aerospace, automotive, defense, and more.

TYMETAL has provided CNC machining services for various industries. Some of the sectors we serve include:

  • Military Bases
  • Government Installations
  • Automotive Industry
  • Industrial Organizations
