It provides an ideal solution when there is insufficient space outside the opening for a swing or slide gate to retract without hitting an obstacle.

TYMETAL’s Vertical Lift Gate is engineered to operate flawlessly as a complete system and features a thoughtful design. For example, steel counterweights running inside the vertical support columns balance the gate’s weight. This minimizes stress on the gate and reduces the power demand on the motor.

• Heavy W12x53 superstructure
• Solidly engineered #60 chain drive mechanism, complete with counterweights
• Engineered footings (including rebar cages and anchor bolts) to ensure smooth and precise up-and-down movement
• Four truck assemblies to hang the gate panel, with four sealed and permanently lubricated roller bearings traveling inside a smooth aluminum track on each assembly
• Continuous loop drive system directly connected to the counterweight in each support column to ensure precision operation
• Crank handle drops out of motor box for manual operation if no power
