With our shot blasting services, we enhance the surface by removing surface impurities and preparing materials for paint. We have a dedicated shot blasting booth for our sandblasting services. The building can accommodate both vehicles and small parts and anything in between.

With doors on either end of the building and an 18-foot tall ceiling, we have the ability to drive in vehicles for confined, dedicated preparation. Our years of experience and equipment allow us to handle a variety of blasting media and service a wide range of projects, parts, and products.

We have a turnkey industrial metal fabrication shop capable of performing every stage of the fabrication process. From the initial engineering to the laser cutting, to the welding, to the painting, we demand excellence at every stage in the process.

Our Metal Shot Blasting Services and Process

At TYMETAL, our blasting process uses propulsion to shoot media against a surface to remove all contaminants. We carefully choose the right shot media for every surface so that we can clean your material as thoroughly as possible. Our team primarily uses 60-grit brown aluminum oxide in our blasting process.
